Click the Start Camera button on any tool. Your browser will ask for permission to access your webcam. We process everything locally on your device—no video is ever sent to a server.

2. Calibrate Your Baseline
Each tool requires you to set a baseline reference point:
- Posture Monitor: Sit in your ideal posture with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
- Eye Monitor: Position yourself at a comfortable screen distance (recommended: 50-70cm).
- Neck Monitor: Keep your head in a neutral position, aligned with your spine.
- Break Timer: Set your preferred work and break intervals.
Once calibrated, the tool will enter monitoring mode and fade the video to minimize distraction.
3. Real-Time Monitoring & Alerts
The tools continuously monitor your position and behavior:
- Status indicators change color to show your current state (green = good, yellow = warning, red = alert).
- Gentle audio alerts notify you when correction is needed.
- Visual feedback helps you understand what needs adjustment.
Simply correct your position or behavior to stop the alerts and maintain healthy habits.
4. Customize Your Experience
Click the Settings (gear icon) to personalize each tool:
- Sensitivity: Adjust how strict the monitoring is.
- Hold Time: Set how long before alerts trigger.
- Volume: Control the loudness of audio alerts.
- Alert Sound: Choose from multiple notification sounds.
5. Track Your Progress
Monitor your health metrics over time:
- View session statistics and total monitoring time.
- Track improvements in posture, blink rate, and break adherence.
- See visualizations and heatmaps of your progress.
